What guides us – scientifically grounded & practice-oriented
Generation iTrust sees itself as a bridge between knowledge and experience, between inner change and outer transformation. Our approach is inspired by the work of the Mind & Life Institute, which for decades has shaped the dialogue between science, wisdom traditions, and societal transformation.
From this emerged the WOOP!E Compass – Values-Oriented Organizational and Personal Development – an integrative framework for individual growth, collective learning, and societal change.
WOOP!E connects with existing development approaches such as:
-
the Inner Development Goals (IDGs),
-
the Future Skills Framework (e.g., by Stifterverband & OECD),
-
models of Entrepreneurial Design,
-
mindset concepts such as Theory U and Effectuation,
-
as well as the principles of local educational landscapes.
For us, the focus is not on creating yet another model, but on bringing things together – insights, people, and practices.
We learn with what is already there. We create what is needed. And we trust that transformation succeeds when it is carried by attitude, relationship, and lived experience.
Value-Creating Communication (VCC)
Consciously entering into relationship – with yourself, with others, with the world
Words have power. Yet sometimes we forget what truly matters at the core of speaking with one another: entering into relationship.
Value-Creating Communication is our contribution to a culture of dialogue – beyond being right, arguing, or persuading.
It is about a quality of connection that deeply reminds us:
We are feeling, thinking, and co-creating beings.
And what we say – or leave unsaid – shapes our relationships.
What does “value-creating” mean?
