Fields of Impact
Our guiding principle: “being.valuable”
We invite people to rediscover themselves and their surroundings – as meaningful, connected, and effective.
“being.valuable” reflects our view of humanity: Not optimizing, but recognizing what truly matters. Not merely functioning, but contributing. Not being alone, but being together – for the greater whole.
ESG-oriented & rooted in tradition
Generation iTrust: being.valuable
Since 2015, we have been working at the intersection of education, society, and transformation.
We create experiential spaces where people – regardless of age, background, or role – can discover and bring their own potential to life.
Our work is structured along ESG criteria and is based on more than ten years of practice. Our contribution is particularly aligned with three global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
-
SDG 4 – Quality education, based on UNESCO’s concept of peace education (learning to be, learning to know, learning to act, learning to live together).
-
SDG 16 – Peaceful and inclusive societies built on trust, participation, and justice.
-
SDG 17 – Strong partnerships that collaborate across sectors to develop real solutions.
These three SDGs form the foundation of our work – in educational institutions, organizations, cities, and networks.
E for Environment – Making ecological awareness tangible
Timeframe: 2019–2024
We design creative formats that make ecological questions experiential – beyond statistics.
In the 4FuturesLab, through Serious Gaming and Social Presencing Theater, we enable systemic change through direct experience:
What does the future feel like? How do decisions create impact? What do courageous, regenerative ways of living look like – both small and large scale?
Our formats foster awareness, participation, and the ability to act – for individuals, teams, and regions.
S for Social – Social engagement with genuine participation
Timeframe: 2015–2019
Our roots lie in social work:
Through projects focused on refugee integration, youth engagement, and the inclusion of people with disabilities, we created educational spaces where trust, self-efficacy, and genuine encounters became possible.
We believe that social learning arises where people can see themselves as part of the solution – regardless of origin, education, or status.
G for Governance – Rethinking economy & acting responsibly
Timeframe: 2025+ (already in preparation and piloting)
We advocate for an economy that serves life – not the other way around.
To this end, we are developing programs in the fields of:
-
Impact entrepreneurship
-
Steward ownership & regenerative business models
-
True cost accounting
-
Well-being economy
Together with partners from civil society, business, and politics, we are creating learning formats where economic activity can be rethought and tested – honestly, sustainably, and fit for future generations.

What guides us:
Aligned with the implementation of the SDGs, our framework is called WOOP!E – Values-Oriented Organizational and Personal Development.
It connects inner attitude with outer impact – creating a bridge between self-development, team culture, and societal transformation. Because true transformation requires both: a shift in consciousness and systemic competence.
SDG 4 – Quality Education for All
Education is more than knowledge – it is the key to self-efficacy and participation.
SDG 4 stands for high-quality, inclusive education that strengthens people in their full personality.
It’s about learning spaces where thinking, feeling, and action come together – and where the future, values, and community are learned alongside.
We design formats that activate both heart and mind – helping people face challenges courageously, creatively, and together.
SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions
Peace begins with relationships – and grows with trust.
Our work fosters dialogue skills, nonviolent communication, and social self-efficacy – as cornerstones of a more just and democratic society. Whether in education, municipalities, or organizations:
We strengthen the capacity to embrace differences, to listen, and to co-create solutions that last.
SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals
The future can only succeed together – through vibrant alliances at eye level.
Generation iTrust sees itself as a hub for co-creation: we connect people, organizations, and institutions across sectors.
Our projects emerge from the interplay of citizen initiatives, municipalities, businesses, universities, and civil society.
What unites us is a common purpose: to shape transformation – boldly, effectively, and together.

WOOP!E: Values that make an impact – for me, for us, for the world
Real change doesn’t begin with technology. It begins with mindset.
That’s why at Generation iTrust we work with a values compass – one that raises awareness of what guides us at our core, and how this inner stance can be translated into concrete behavior.
We call this approach WOOP!E – Values-Oriented Organizational and Personal Development.
It connects three dimensions that belong together:
-
The I
-
The We
-
The World
What do I need in order to live in alignment with myself?
What does it take for togetherness to endure – even when things get tough?
And how can we act in ways that don’t exploit the Earth, but protect and regenerate it?
In total, there are twelve values that we bring to life again and again in our educational formats, games, and projects.
They reveal themselves in small gestures, in decisions, in dialogues – sometimes loud, sometimes quiet.
Those who embrace them discover not only new perspectives, but also an inner clarity:
What truly matters. And how genuine prosperity can emerge – for oneself, for the community, and for the planet.
Would you like to know which values these are – and how they can become impactful in your daily life, your organization, or your city?
Then we invite you: Discover the WOOP!E Compass – and help shape the future.
